Director of International Biz Development Global Green Development Capital (GGDC)

 

Ms. Kong has extensive experience in the Internet Technology, Cloud Computing and Smart City Solutions. She is now Director of International Business Development for Global Green Development Capital (GGDC), focusing on building smarter, greener and healthier next generation cities. She had held key positions including COO of HSJC (China K12 Education cloud) and VP of Global Alliance in City Cloud Technology in Hangzhou, China.

Ms. Kong had over 15 years of in-depth international business experiencethroughout U.S., China and Europe. Ms. Kong had also spent 3 years with Huawei Symantec Technology to set up their U.S. subsidiary office and expanded their business functions from R&D to US market entry.

In her earlier career life, Ms. Kong had spent over 10 years with several semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment companies such as Applied Materials and Lam Research in U.S. and helped them building up multi-million dollars business in Asia Pacific, Europe and Greater China Region.

Ms. Kong held an MBA degree with emphasis in international business and marketing from Webster University in Vienna, Austria.  She also held a B.S. of Chemical Engineering from University of California at Berkeley.

Global Green Development Capital Management Co. (Beijing) (GGDC) is an investment management and project management consulting firm specialized in the integrative solutions of green and smart planning, design, engineering, development management, investment and LEED certification of buildings and mix-used communities. The founding team of GGDC signed the “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Joint Development of Green and Smart Cities” with China Development Bank Capital in December, 2011, and formed the CDBC International Advisory Group for Green & Smart Urbanization, which is also referred as CDBC Green & Smart Urbanization Task Force. The CDBC International Advisory Group for Green & Smart Urbanization consists of the experts and seasoned executives in planning, investment and development of water, waste, energy and transportation as well as new town development and urban regeneration with the focus on green and smart solutions.  The managing partner of GGDC is Dr. Jingjing Xu, the Executive Director of the CDBC International Advisory Group for Green & Smart Urbanization.
